Our promise

Three things we commit to on every job, in writing:

• Sweeping and inspection are our core.

  Done to NFPA 211 standard, every visit. We don't sell upsells we'd be undertrained to deliver — bigger work like masonry or structural repair gets referred out, and anything in between (a liner, for example) we'll talk through case by case.

• We document everything.

  Photos before and after, video of the flue interior on Level 2 inspections, and a written summary emailed to you after the visit. You'll know exactly what we did and what we found.

• We tell you when you don't need us.

  Plenty of our visits end with us telling the homeowner their chimney is fine — sweep next year. That's the point.

Why "Certified"?

Because there's a national code — NFPA 211 — that defines exactly how a chimney should be inspected and swept. Most "we'll throw a brush down it" outfits don't follow it. We do, every time. That's what the word in our name is supposed to mean: a known standard, executed every visit, documented for your records.

We're a small, locally owned business based in Omaha. We answer our own phone, we show up to our own jobs, and our reputation lives or dies in the neighborhoods we serve. That's the accountability we wanted as homeowners — so it's the accountability we built into our company.
